On our walking tour, our wonderful guide Petr showed us some of the city highlights. Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, and the Astronomical clock. This was a great introduction to the city.
Our first official day we visited the Augustine and learned about the behind the scenes and history of the property. We toured different rooms as well and it was interesting to see all of the different style rooms. The hotel was once a monastery and that they have some monks who stay in the hotel.
Next, we visited a Czech DMO, where we learned about the strategies used to market the Czech Republic to tourists over the years.
